Client Goals

RexfordDesign is a residential building design firm specializing in remodeling and new home projects. With 40 years in the industry, he relied on his existing client base for new client referrals. His top priority was to expand his geographical service area and increase incoming new leads. He needed a website portfolio to showcase his award-winning projects. He also needed a marketing plan to target his niche clientele. Finally, he wanted to be able to manage his marketing himself to keep traffic flowing to his new website.

Approach

We worked with Jeff Rexford to fully understand exactly who his Dream Client is. We needed to discover where they are geographically located and learn how they search and find building designers like Jeff for their remodeling or new home projects. We crafted a marketing plan and a custom website and portfolio. To bring new traffic to the site, we added:

• keyword research and on-page and backend SEO configuration;

• email campaigns and design industry social platforms.

• We photographed several newly completed projects; we worked closely with Jeff to write the project descriptions and all of the website content .

• We later used the project images and narrative for Design Industry competition entries we created and entered (we think they are winning entries!).
